The South Platte Basin Roundtable, created under the provisions of the Colorado Water for the 21st Century Act is composed of representatives of the cities, counties, and water interests of the South Platte Basin in Colorado.

Its duties are to organize itself, elect representatives to the Interbasin Compact Committee, inventory existing water resources within the Basin, inventory water needs and conduct public education.

The Roundtable has selected Eric Wilkinson, Berthoud, Colorado Water Conservation Board member and Mike Shimmin, Boulder, at-large representative, as representatives to the Interbasin Compact Committee.
